As part of our inaugural MERILO collection, each order is specially prepared for you.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to ship, although orders may be ready sooner.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

International shipping

We welcome international orders. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns

We want you to love your MERILO.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all accompanying components and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
